Our virtual waitlist will help keep you informed of when you will be seen. From your mobile phone, you will be able to see how many patients are ahead of you and waiting in the clinic as well as others who have booked online.
Your Save My Spot booking time is a way for you to reserve a spot so you can wait at home or offsite vs in one of our clinics. We strive to accommodate your booked visit time, but unexpected situations, such as expediting a patient in front of you that requires more critical/immediate attention, causes a delay in our waiting list. We will keep you informed via text message if we are experiencing delays. You may also reschedule your booked time for a later time or for the following day.
If you are experiencing a life or limb-threatening emergency, first call 9-1-1. Go to the emergency room if:
You’re having a heart attack or stroke
You have a head injury, a severe cut with bleeding, loss of consciousness or trauma
Your emergency takes place before 10am or after 9pm when All Valley Urgent Care locations are closed
