Pre-Screening Call
Before your visit with our Telehealth provider, you will be called by a care team member to collect health history information, any medical conditions, a list of current medications, discuss current symptoms as well as verify your ID and insurance.
Keep Your Phone Nearby
Stay near your phone as we will text, email and/or call you with important information regarding your visit. Please note that because our providers also work with patients in our clinics, you may experience a delay in your appointment time. We try our best to accommodate all our telehealth and in-clinic patients in order of their reserved appointment times and severity of treatment need.
