Brian Tyson, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at All Valley Urgent Care, providing high-quality health care to people of all ages in Brawley and El Centro, California.
Dr. Tyson was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He began his professional pursuits at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, earning his Bachelor of Science in emergency medical care.
After graduation, Dr. Tyson enrolled at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. Dr. Tyson excelled in the program, earning his master’s degree in health science and his Doctor of Medicine, graduating with full honors.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Tyson completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. Then, he completed a fellowship in hospital medicine at the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tyson is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He diagnoses and treats most acute and chronic medical conditions, including allergies, asthma, and upper respiratory infections.
Outside of work, Dr. Tyson enjoys spending time with his children. He’s also an avid traveler, music fan, and athlete who enjoys golfing and coaching softball. Dr. Tyson welcomes anyone needing preventive, primary, or urgent care to All Valley Urgent Care today.
